Q'ero style, hand-woven alpaca and natural dyes from the Andes, Peru. Has been used in Ceremony. The weaving depicts traditional, symbolic figures. This cloth is embellished with a hand applique border. The edges are finished with a durable binding on all four sides. The body of this Mesa cloth is in excellent condition. The border is worn. The center seam is bound with colorful hand embroidery.
The Andean people use these Mesa/Mestana cloths in their Shamanic practices and Ceremony.
Can be used as decor in your home or office, adding warmth, texture, and culture.
